NAAC Assessment / Accreditation of MIER College of Education

In order to upgrade and maintain its quality of teacher education, MIER College of Education voluntarily approached the NAAC for its assessment and accreditation a self study report was submitted to NAAC which was followed by an on site visit of the peer team for validation of the same (April 2006).
The Executive Committe of the NAAC after getting the validation report, granted ‘A’ grade to the college. The college thus has the unique distinction of being the only institution in J&K state to be granted an ‘A’ grade by the NAAC.
