MIER College of Education has recently launched placement services for the benefit of the teacher trainees. Through these services the teacher trainees would be able to get suitable placement in schools and other educational enterprises. A database of schools and colleges has been developed and contact with such institutions has been established so that requirement of teachers can be received from time to time and students are informed accordingly. The placement cell will also undertake personality development programmes, help sharpen the interview skills, provide support for language development and enhance the ICT skills of prospective teachers.
