MIER College of Education entered into a Contribution Agreement with the Commonwealth of Learning (COL), Vancouver, Canada on February 8, 2021. Under this agreement the COL shall support adoption and implementation of policies and strategies for technology-enabled learning to improve the quality of learning outcomes and fostering of innovations. COL shall also support the college for institutionalizing the adoption of Technology-Enabled Learning through research, consultation, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation
