Orientation session on “Effective Utilisation of Office Resources”

An orientation session on “Effective Utilisation of Office Resources” was organised for the administrative staff of the College on 31st March 2023. The staff was oriented about the need and ways to efficiently utilise various resources such as materials and supplies, IT equipment, electricity and water.
Some of the ways of saving paper that were shared with the staff included use of email for sharing orders /documents, archiving of files digitally on the cloud, recycling of wastepaper and use of scan option instead of photocopying.

The resource persons also spoke about saving energy and water resources, proper handling and usage of IT equipment.
