Mother's Day Celebration

Model Academy, the prestigious school of MIER in association with Smt. Shanti Gupta Centre for Woman Studies celebrated Mother’s Day to pay tributes to all the mothers at its campus today. The Chief Guest, Dr Renu Gupta applauded the role of mothers the world over and said that there is no relationship as pure as the relationship of a mother and child. Mothers are the guiding force and are responsible for making us who we are. To mark the occasion a colourful programme was presented by the students of B.C.

Road and Residency Road branch of the school along with Centre for Women Studies. Mothers of students of class 12th also shared their experiences about motherhood. The session witnessed outpouring of emotions by the mothers as well as the students. In her message to the students, Mrs. Rupa Gupta, Management Representative, said that mothers are the greatest gift of god. The students also presented mementos that they had specially made for the dignitaries.
