National Unity Day

To celebrate National Unity Day, the NSS Unit of the College organized a pledge ceremony followed by a documentary screening on the theme “Life History and Philosophy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel” to celebrate his 147th birth anniversary. More than eighty students of B.A. Honour programmes attended the event with great enthusiasm and zeal. In addition to offering a ceremonial greeting, Mrs. Komal Sharma provided a succinct overview of National Unity Day. The pledge was recited in both English and Hindi by Ms. Tehzeeb Qureshi, a student of B.A.

(Hons.) Political Science, Sem-III and Ms. Ananya, B.A. (Hons.) Psychology, Sem-III. This was followed by a documentary that showcased Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s life journey, ideology, and contributions to the nation’s freedom. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Ms. Aarzoo of B.A. (Hons.) English, Sem-III.
