MIER College of Education commemorated the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi by organizing a play on the theme ‘Ädalat Mein Gandhi’. The play was directed by Mr. Rajneesh Gupta, depicting the scenes of some of the untouched aspects of Mahatma Gandhi’s life. Ms. Karuna Bajaj was the guest speaker on the occasion. She highlighted the Swachh Bharat Mission launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make the country clean and green, Dr. Arun K.

Gupta, Chairman, MIER exhorted on Gandhian philosophy and said that Gandhi Ji's mission was spiritual, cleansing of not only India but of the world, he was cleansing humanity of prejudices, hatred and violence. The programme was ably conducted by Ms. Anjeshree and Palak Srivastva, students of B.Ed. programme.
