Deliberating in the webinar, Mr. Mahajan exemplified a person as an iceberg and said that all the actions and deeds we do as a human is a tip of the iceberg which is visible and
the rest 95% are hidden potentialities and we need to capitalize on these potentialities by opening the door of positivity. He opened his session by asking some questions such as, who is your favourite teacher and why? which quality do you admire most in any person?who has inspired you the most in life?, etc and after collating the responses of the audience he emphasized that everybody highlighted different qualities or values. He further said that as a person and teacher, we need to inspire the students to take the first step toward
uncountable opportunities and learn from their journey and failures. He reiterated failure
as a tough teacher but if we see the hidden lesson in it with positivity, we for sure can achieve greater heights. The role a teacher needs to adopt is to INSPIRE students which means: instill values, encourage them, make sacrifices, be positive, improve yourself, and set an
example for students to emulate. He also gave the super positivity mantra “Yes Thank you Universe”
and urged everyone to be grateful to the universe.
