Vice Chancellor JU releases “Prerna”-the Newsletter of MIER College of Education
MIER College of Education brings out its newsletter entitled “Prerna” each year. The newsletter for the year 2020 showcases the achievements of the college, the activities conducted and organised by various centres and units, recognitions and awards won, and the initiatives taken by the college during the lockdown period. Besides these the international webinars organised by the college, alumni and placement activities, faculty and students’ achievements, co-curricular and sports activities etc. have also been highlighted in “Prerna-2020”. The newsletter was released by esteemed Prof. Manoj Dhar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu along with Prof Adit Gupta, Principal, MIER College of Education. Prof. Dhar appreciated the efforts of the college in promoting quality teacher education and for achieving extension in autonomous status for a period of another 10 years i.e. from 2020-2030. He congratulated all the stakeholders on this stupendous achievement.
