Examinations

The Examination Wing of the college functions as per the guidelines for Autonomous Colleges as laid down by the UGC. The Principal of the college is the Chief Controller, Examinations. The wing is headed by the Controller of Examinations and is assisted by the Dy. Controller Examinations, Assistant Registrar (Examinations) along with other office support staff. The examination wing of the college is fully automated and is equipped with all the modern ICT facilities to carry out its day-to-day operations. All the activities right from Pre-examination work, the actual conduct of examinations and Post-examination work are ably handled by the examination wing of the college.

The conduct of examinations and declaration of results is one of the important activities of the college. The examination wing of the college conducts nearly 50 examinations every year and about 5,200 answer books are assessed to examine over 500 students spread across five under-graduate/post-graduate programmes. Several student-friendly measures have been taken by the examination wing in order to provide flexibility and convenience to students such as re-evaluation and re-examination etc.
