| Academic Infrastructure |
| The college has well-furnished and spacious physical infrastructure as per UGC/University normsspread in an area of 2.15 Acres. The college has 12 air-cooled class roomsequipped with modern ICT facilities, twomulti-purpose halls with latest facilities for conducting workshops, seminars and training programs having a seating capacity of more than 150 persons,one seminar room,2 libraries, computer and psychological laboratory, educational technology cell, common rooms, staff rooms, most modern toilets, open air auditorium and play fields etc. |

| Hostel |
| The College has its ownspacious well-furnished hostel with all modern amenities for girl students in the college premises. Allotment of hostel seats is done on first come first served basis. The facility of TV and Internet is also provided to the hostellers so that they can enjoy in their leisure time. For more details and availability of seats, would-be hostellers/boarders are advised to meet the Counsellor/Warden of the hostel. |

| Reprographic Facilities |
| The college provides facilities for photocopying, printing and scanning through high-speed photocopiers and printers which are available at various locations in the college campus including the library. |

| Games & Co-Curricular Facilities |
| The college provides a rich programme of co-curricular activities for teacher trainees for the all round development of their personalities. The college has facilities for games namely badminton, volleyball, handball, basketball, table tennis and kho-kho for the students. Inter class tournaments are held throughout the year. A common room for boys and girls is available with facilities for indoor games like table tennis, carom, chess etc.The college has an auditorium capable of seating 150-200 people, which is available for co-curricular activities like debates, quizzes and other co-curricular activities etc. |

| The College provides First Aid medical facilities to the students and staff. A Part-time Doctor and whole time Medical Assistant have been engaged for the purpose. Network with Medical Institutions has been established for routine check-up and emergency treatment of students. |

| National Service Scheme (NSS) |
| MIER College of Education enjoys the privilege of having established a full-fledged NSS Unit, which is run under the auspices of the University of Jammu.Every year 100 students are enrolled in NSS Unit and the activities/camps are organized regularly. Community participation, living and upliftment through social service and socially useful and productive activities are some of the avowed aims of the NSS unit for which the college has won kudos at different levels. |
